* Housing Loan / Loan Against Property

Example: if you are a salaried individual availing a loan amount of ₹5000000 at the rate of 12.5% p.a. with a tenure of 20 yrs (our offering ranges from a min of 3 yrs to a max 30 yrs). The amount disbursed in your account would be ₹4931364 after deducting the following applicable fees:
Login Fee: Upto ₹5000 + 18% GST (₹900)
Processing Fee @1%: ₹50000 + 18 GST %(₹9000)
Stamp Duty: As per state regulations law
Notice of Intimation:₹8000
Vendor Charges:₹5000+18% GST(₹900)
CIBIL & CERSAI fees: ₹200+18 GST%(₹36)
Monthly EMI will be ₹56027 for 20 yrs with a total repayment amount of ₹56027*12 months*20 years=₹13446480 (Principal+Interest).
Total interest will be ₹8515116 at an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 12.722%.

Example: if you are a salaried individual availing a loan amount of ₹100000 at the rate of 16.5% p.a. with a tenure of 60 months (our offering ranges from min 3 months to max 60 months). The amount disbursed in your account would be ₹98820, after deducting the following applicable fees & charges:
ProcessingFee @1%: ₹1000+18%(₹180)
EMI will be ₹2459 for 60 months with a total repayment amount of ₹147507.
Total interest will be ₹48507 at an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 16.96%.
